5 Million View Brussels Sprouts Recipe!

So I posted this super simple recipe for Marinated Brussels Sprouts on my FaceBook page a few weeks ago.  It’s such a flexible recipe so I was sort of vague on measurements.  Well little did I know that this post would go viral and be seen by over 5 million people!  Yes, that’s right 5,000,000 and counting!  So I have over 25,000 comments on this post that has been shared over 82,000 times.  There is absolutely no way to answer all of the comments but I did see some requests for me to post the recipe on my website, that I can do!

Marinated Brussels Sprouts

5 Million View Marinated Brussels Sprouts

Serves: 1 Batch
 
Ingredients
  • 1.5 - 2 lbs Brussels sprouts, stems cut off and quartered
  • 1 T extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • ¼ tsp garlic salt
  • ¼ tsp paprika
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a gallon zip top bag and refrigerate overnight. Preheat oven to 400 F and place Brussels on foil lined baking sheet. Roast for 15-20 minutes.
  2. Want them crispier, simply add more baking time.

    1. Hi! The jar of paprika that I have does not say whether is it smoked or sweet. Use the one you have on hand or your favorite of the two. 🙂

  1. Hey there, have done something similar before, but I add bacon to ours when I put in oven to roast. Also we do the same thing for carrots..mmmmm
