So I posted this super simple recipe for Marinated Brussels Sprouts on my FaceBook page a few weeks ago. It’s such a flexible recipe so I was sort of vague on measurements. Well little did I know that this post would go viral and be seen by over 5 million people! Yes, that’s right 5,000,000 and counting! So I have over 25,000 comments on this post that has been shared over 82,000 times. There is absolutely no way to answer all of the comments but I did see some requests for me to post the recipe on my website, that I can do!
So here it is, enjoy! 🙂
- 1.5 - 2 lbs Brussels sprouts, stems cut off and quartered
- 1 T extra virgin olive oil
- 1 lemon, juiced
- ¼ tsp pepper
- ¼ tsp garlic salt
- ¼ tsp paprika
- Combine all ingredients in a gallon zip top bag and refrigerate overnight. Preheat oven to 400 F and place Brussels on foil lined baking sheet. Roast for 15-20 minutes.
- Want them crispier, simply add more baking time.
