  • 1 apple, sliced
  • ¼ C. dairy-free yogurt
  • 1 T. natural peanut butter
  • 1 tsp. honey
  • Dash of cinnamon (optional)
  1. Mix together yogurt, peanut butter, honey and cinnamon. When well combined, refrigerate 30 minutes and serve with apple slices.
